Method
Ingredients:
• 2 Cups poha (beaten rice) • 4 Green chillies • 1 Onion • 3 Tomatoes • 1 tsp Mustard seeds • 1 tsp Cumin seeds • 1 tsp Turmeric • Salt to taste • Few curry leaves • Oil as required |
and 1 tsp lime juice
Method
- Soak poha in water.
- Wash and drain all the water.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard, cumin, chilli and curry leaves.
- Add tomatoes, tumeric and salt. Fry it properly.
- Mix poha with it.
- Put it on low heat for 4 minutes.
- Add Lime juice and mix properly.Garnish with Coriander leaves.
